As we approach day three (today) I don't think any of us could be happier. Coachella has more than exceeded expectations. There really are no words to describe what the experience has been like so far. Yesterday we rocked to the sounds of Travis, The Decemberists, Arcade Fire, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Tiesto. Lights flashing, dancing, sweating, screaming three rows back from Tiesto with 10,000+ people around you is not something you forget. Today we close out the festival with Rage Against the Machine and tomorrow we head back to San Diego for as many more shenanigans as we can handle.

Coachella Trip 2007

Hello!
This is the first blog for the Coachella Trip of 2007 :) In just four short days we will be flying down to San Diego, CA from Vancouver, BC. While the festival is in Indio, we'll be staying in Palm Springs which is right near by. Then we are heading back to San Diego for a week of fun in the sun! We'll head to LA, maybe Mexico and/or Vegas too!
First things first, we need to get our last few exams out of the way! Then it's all about packing and making our flight on Thursday. Depending on how we feel when we get to San Diego, from there we can drive straight from the airport to Indio and hit up the Slacker Radio and Filter Magazine pre-Coachella party. We'll see how it goes!
